Drip-Feed Orders Explained: How to Make Growth Look Natural
Team SMMBolt · Updated 22 May 2026 · 4 min read
Drip-feed splits one order into several smaller deliveries spread over time. Instead of 5,000 likes arriving in an hour, you get 500 every 2 hours across 10 runs.
How the settings work
- Quantity – how many per run.
- Runs – how many times to repeat.
- Interval – minutes between runs.
Total delivered = quantity × runs. Example: 500 × 10 runs every 120 minutes = 5,000 over about 20 hours.
When drip-feed helps
- Large orders on a small account.
- Making a post's likes grow through the day like organic posts do.
- Spreading views over a reel's first 24 hours.
When it doesn't matter
- Views on large accounts.
- Live stream viewers (these are time-based anyway).
- Followers on services that already deliver slowly.
Drip-feed is available only on services that support it — on SMMBolt you'll see the runs and interval fields appear in the order form when it is.
