Terms of service

By creating an account or using SMMBolt (smmbolt.in) you agree to these terms.

1. The service

SMMBolt provides social media marketing services such as followers, likes, views, comments and members. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Google, Telegram, X, TikTok, Spotify, LinkedIn or any other platform.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
• One person may hold one account. Accounts used for fraud or chargebacks will be suspended.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service with permission of a parent or guardian.

3. Orders

• You must submit a correct, public link. We are not responsible for orders placed with wrong links or on private accounts.
• Start times and speeds in service names are estimates, not guarantees.
• Drops caused by platform clean-ups are covered only on services that include refill, and only for the stated period.
• You must not use the services for content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence or fraud.

4. Payments and wallet

Payments are made in Indian rupees via UPI to your SMMBolt wallet. The minimum top-up is ₹100. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable — see the Refund Policy.

5. Platform rules

Social platforms have their own rules. You use our services at your own discretion and accept that platforms may remove engagement at any time.

6. Changes to prices and services

Prices and service availability can change at any time. The price shown at the moment you place an order is the price charged.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
