Pending, In Progress, Partial, Canceled: SMM Order Statuses Explained

Team SMMBolt · Updated 14 August 2026 · 4 min read

Once you place an order, its status changes on its own. Here's what each one means.

Pending

The order has been received and is waiting to start. Most orders leave this stage within minutes. If an order stays pending for hours, the service is usually busy — check the start time in the service name.

Processing / In progress

Delivery is running. The Remains column shows how many are still to come.

Completed

Everything was delivered. If the service has refill, the Refill button appears now.

Partial

Only part of the order could be delivered. The undelivered portion is calculated automatically and the money for it goes back to your SMMBolt wallet.

For example: you ordered 1,000 for ₹120 and 300 were not delivered. ₹36 is refunded to your wallet.

Canceled

The order couldn't be delivered at all — often because the link was wrong, the account was private, or the post was deleted. The full amount comes back to your wallet automatically.

Common reasons for Partial or Canceled

  • Account switched to private mid-order.
  • Username changed after ordering.
  • Post deleted or archived.
  • Wrong link type (profile link for a likes service, for example).
  • The same link ordered twice on the same service at the same time.
Tip: if you need two orders on the same link and service, wait for the first one to complete before placing the second.
