Refill, Drop and Non-Drop: What These SMM Panel Terms Really Mean

Team SMMBolt · Updated 30 August 2026 · 5 min read

"30D Refill", "Non Drop", "Lifetime Guarantee" — these words decide whether an order is worth its price. Here's what they mean in practice.

Why do followers drop at all?

Platforms run regular clean-ups that remove accounts they think are inactive or automated. When that happens, the follows, likes and subscriptions those accounts made disappear too. Cheaper services use accounts that get caught more often, so they drop more.

Drop levels

  • High drop / No guarantee – can lose a big share within weeks. Cheapest.
  • Low drop / Less drop – usually under 10–20%.
  • Non drop – very low drop, typically under 5%.

What refill means

A refill period is a promise: if the count falls below what you ordered during that period, the missing amount will be delivered again for free.

How to request a refill on SMMBolt

  1. Go to Orders in your dashboard.
  2. Find the completed order. If the service supports refill, you'll see a Refill button.
  3. Tap it. The refill request is sent instantly and its status shows next to the order.

A few rules to know:

  • Refill tops up drops; it won't deliver more than you originally ordered.
  • If you changed your username or made the account private, refills can't be delivered.
  • Some services allow one refill request every 24 hours.

Should you always pick refill?

For followers, subscribers and members you want to keep — yes, it's usually worth the extra rupees. For views, saves and shares, which almost never drop, it doesn't matter much.
